Representatives approved it March 18 by a vote of 21-19 with one
representative absent. The chamber has 29 Republicans and 12
Democrats.
The 21 members of the Senate defeated it
April 8 by a vote of 7-14. The chamber has 13 Democrats and 8
Republicans.
